If you need to cancel an order, contact Bikhata as soon as possible. We can only confirm a cancellation before the order has been processed for dispatch.
Before Dispatch
Send your order number and cancellation request to bikhataa50@gmail.com or through our Support page. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed, handed to the courier, or dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled. After delivery, an eligible item can be handled under our Exchange & Return Policy.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the approved refund will be returned through the available payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
Orders Cancelled by Bikhata
We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, inaccurate pricing or order information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot service. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be returned.
